This is an EU 50th Anniversary Edition vinyl LP pressing of Abbey Road by The Beatles. The English rock band originally released their eleventh studio album on September 26, 1969, via Apple Records. Produced by George Martin, the album incorporates styles such as rock, pop, blues, singer-songwriter, and progressive rock, and makes prominent use of the Moog synthesizer and guitar played through a Leslie speaker unit. Abbey Road received high rankings in several "best albums in history" polls by critics and publications. It was voted number 8 in the third edition of Colin Larkin's book All Time Top 1000 Albums (2000).
