This is a 2023 reissue vinyl LP pressing of Accelerate by R.E.M. The American alternative rock band originally released their fourteenth studio album on March 31, 2008, via Warner Bros Records. Produced by Jacknife Lee and the band members, musically the album is faster and more aggressive than other material they had written in years. at number two on the Billboard 200 with first-week sales of 115,000 copies, went on to sell more than 353,000 copies in the United States and became the band's eighth album to top the British album charts.
