This is a 2023 reissue vinyl LP pressing of Around the Sun by R.E.M. The American alternative rock band originally released their thirteenth studio album on October 5, 2004, via Warner Bros Records. Produced by Pat McCarthy and the band members, the album was recorded at The Warehouse Studio in Vancouver, British Columbia. As of March 2007, Around the Sun had sold 2 million copies worldwide and 232,000 units in the U.S.
