This is a vinyl LP pressing of Bcos U Will Never B Free, the debut album by singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Rex Orange County. Written and recorded in his bedroom at just 16 years old, the album was self-released in 2015 and quickly gained attention for its lo-fi textures and high-definition emotion. Its raw charm led to a collaboration with Tyler, The Creator, who invited Rex—born Alex O’Connor—to Los Angeles, where he contributed to two tracks on Flower Boy. Since then, Rex has released two acclaimed studio albums, Apricot Princess (2017) and Pony (2019), both of which charted in the top 5 in the UK, US, and Australia.
