Produced by Jacknife Lee and the band members, the album was recorded at Hansa Tonstudio in Berlin, Blackbird Studios in Nashville, and The Music Shed in New Orleans. The album peaked at #5 on the Billboard 200 chart and #1 on Billboard’s US Top Rock Albums chart. As of September 2011, the album had sold 142,000 copies in the United States.
