This model features double bindings and a relic lacquer finish on a 2-piece select alder body, available in faded 3-colour sunburst, aged shire wood metallic, and aged lake placid blue finishes. Capturing the vintage vibe of the mid-60s Telecaster Custom, the guitar sports a comfortable quarter-sawn maple neck with a large "C" profile, a 9.5-inch radius round lam maple fingerboard with 21 narrow tall frets (6105), and bone nut. The Custom Shop hand-wound Twisted Tele® Neck Pickup® and Original Blackguard Tele® bridge pickup deliver classic twin tones and clarity. Modern telecaster wiring, a 3-way pickup switch, and a greasebucket™ tone circuit offer diverse tonal options. Premium features include a 3-ply parchment pickguard, '64-'66 telecaster bridge, vintage-style "F" tuners, and a wingstring tree. The guitar comes with a deluxe hardshell case, strap, and a certificate of authenticity.
