The Made in Japan Traditional series is a fusion of traditional Fender models, with a modern twist. Built in Japan, these classic models are revived with sophisticated craftsmanship whilst retaining their authentic Fender DNA. 

This special edition model is based on the Made in Japan Traditional 60s Telecaster® and will have limited availability through 2025. The "Competition Black / 3-Colour Sunburst" models feature a distinctive take on competition stripes, with 3-Colour Sunburst to give a look that is original and speaks to Fender’s history.

Featuring a gloss-finished basswood body, 9.5-inch radius, "U"-shaped maple neck and 21 vintage-style frets, these guitars provide “modern classic” playability that is unique to the Traditional series. The 3-saddle vintage-style bridge and original pickups selected for the Traditional series produce realistic and musical vintage tones.
