Really opening up a multitude of possibilities, the 1958X features intelligent design that works best when it's operating at full power, overdriving is EL84 power valves for complex, full and thick tones full of warmth and expressiveness. At 18-watts this rework is considerably more pared back than its predecessor, and because of this musicians are able to produce those authentic Marshall tones at volumes that are lower, clearer and won't crack under pressure. The included valve-driven Tremolo helps avoid any negative feedback in the output stage, essential when paired with the special 10" Celestion Greenback speakers which have been given a aged, vintage look to capture a real '60s vibe.
