Mids that are present but not too aggressive and a treble range that is sweet and airy. This 5-string bass features a sleek, undersized J-Style body made of chambered American Swamp Ash with an Ocean Blue Transparent Satin finish. The neck is made of American Maple and features an American Maple fingerboard. Special features of this bass include Sadowsky J-Style pickups, active electronics with true bypass, Vintage Tone Control, treble and bass boost. The hardware includes light open gear Sadowsky tuners and a Sadowsky Quick String Release Bridge. Made exclusively in Germany, a Sadowsky MetroLine 21-Fret Vintage J/J bass will never weigh more than 8.9 lbs (4.0 kg). It’s a great choice for players who want a lightweight bass that offers a modern bass sound.
