The Canadian folk singer-songwriter originally released his debut album on December 27, 1967, through Columbia Records. Produced by John Simon, the album reached number 83 on the Billboard200, achieving gold status in the US as a sleeper hit in 1989. It peaked at number 13 on the UK Albums Chart, spending nearly a year and a half on it.
