This is a vinyl LP pressing of Way Out West (OJC Reissue) by Sonny Rollins. The American jazz tenor saxophonist released his album in 1957 through the Contemporary record label. Joined by bassist Ray Brown and drummer Shelly Manne, the album was produced by Lester Koenig and recorded at Contemporary Records Studio on March 7, 1957. Rollins has been called "the greatest living improviser" and the "Saxophone Colossus".
