A highly anticipated follow-up to their 1999 release The Soft Bulletin, the album features guest contributions from Yoshimi P-We of the experimental group Boredoms and her own band OOIOO. While Yoshimi appears in the album’s title and songs, she is portrayed as a fictional character within a surreal and imaginative narrative.
