Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via our online portal with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your electronics to prevent transit damage and ship the package to our Kuala Lumpur warehouse using a trackable courier service.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
